Service was great and as described. I have 3 large dogs and that’s not easy on the trash bin so it was a little weird opening the lid and it smelling good when I know how it used to smell and what I throw in it.

My trash can started smelling pretty foul and I was looking up the best ways to clean it out when I came across NW Bin Cleaners. They are a locally owned small business and I thought with their prices, it sounded better than doing it myself. I contacted them through their website and got a quick reply. Ross (the owner) was going to be in the area the following day and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. He was on time and very professional and even answered questions I had about the machine used to do the cleaning. I was very impressed with the whole process and ended up signing up for monthly cleanings (super affordable) for all my bins through NW Bin Cleaners. It’s a service I didn’t know I needed or even knew was available and I’m very happy with the results.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from NW Bin Cleaners! They were incredibly professional and well-organized. We received a friendly reminder text several days before they planned to come which was super helpful. They coordinated their visit to come on our garbage day, and scheduled the time for after our trash had been picked up, making the process seamless and convenient. Our garbage cans are now spotless and odor-free which is super important for us due to their proximity to our home entry! Additionally, they sent and a confirmation text to let us know when they were spotless so we knew when to bring our bins back in. We can’t recommend NW Bin Cleaners enough - for anyone looking to save some time, mess and hassle while keeping their cans fresh!

We had our bins cleaned by Ross at NW Bin Cleaners a few weeks ago and let me tell you, these things are still sparkling with no odor!! We have twins that are still in diapers and when I say our bin can smell NASTY, I mean it. Since Ross completely scrubbed it down, i haven’t been hit with the death odor after throwing trash in. 🤣 I highly recommend adding this service. Ross is reliable, punctual and isn’t afraid to get in there and scrub!! Looking forwarded to our next service! Thanks guys!

Come on.. who doesn’t beg to get those trash bins clean and smelling fresh. This company is so thorough and professional. Their communication and using technology to reach their customer is more than 5 stars! My schedule doesn’t afford me the time to get access to my bins and my community s very clear on expectations of when and where bins can be and how long.
