I asked my son to throw some old eggs away and he took them out of the container and threw them into the can one at a time, breaking every one. Mind you this is on the day of trash pickup in the summer. So a week of rotting eggs in the can, in the summer, was awful. I didn’t realize how dirty the handles of my bins were until after today’s cleaning when they felt smooth as glass. We recently moved into a new home and have been putting all seven of our bins to the test with renovations, yard cleanup, and heavy compost use. This is our first quarterly service. They came and cleaned all our gunk out. They took bins that had layers of built-up debris from months of pickups and left them looking brand new. Absolutely worth it.
